Our physical wear and tear and many injuries are often facilitated by how we move. MouvementEnVie introduces a simple and practical re-education in constructive movement to alleviate painful symptoms and chronic conditions such as; sciatica, scoliosis, back ache, tendinitis and RSI. Using both the Alexander Technique and Anatomy of Wholeness methods, this work is based on principles that underlie our natural structure and function.

Over the years of learning she has experienced various bodywork methods including, Tai Chi, Body Mind Centering, Laban Movement Analysis, Bartenieff and is a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique and LearningMethods.
