MouvementEnVie is an organisation that aims to help people learn to resolve their own issues. This mind-body work is based on principles that underlie our natural structure and cognitive functions and is approached from two fronts. Firstly you discover how to reactivate your system to function more efficiently giving you a choice and control over harmful movement habits. Such action alleviates pressure and pain for sciatica, scoliosis, RSI, tension headaches... The second approach involves a more cognitive means for people suffering from performance or social anxiety. This includes public speaking and stage fright.

Over the years of learning she has experienced various bodywork methods including, Tai Chi, Body Mind Centering, Laban Movement Analysis, Bartenieff and is a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique and LearningMethods.
